Cited AI answers verified sentence by sentence
Ask in plain English and get an answer written only from passages retrieved from the index. Every sentence carries one or more NCT numbers or PMIDs that open the registry record or the abstract. Before the answer is shown, each identifier is checked against the index and each cited passage must support its sentence. If nothing can be verified, you get a plain statement that no verified answer exists, never a guess from model memory.
A clinical trial table for the whole landscape
Next to the answer sits every matching study in a sortable, filterable table: phase, population, interventions, primary and secondary endpoints, results posted, sponsor, status, enrolment, dates and locations. Filter by condition, intervention, phase, status, study type, date range, sponsor type, country and results available. The table holds up to 50 studies per answer on Clinician and up to 1 000 on Enterprise.
Compare interventions in clinical trials side by side
Choose two to four interventions and see which trials tested each one, in which population, against which comparator, with which endpoints and what each trial reported. Each cell links to its source. A comparison counts as 5 cited answers because it reads and verifies many more studies.
Evidence summaries with the level of evidence
For a broader question, an evidence summary groups the findings and marks each cited source with its level of evidence, such as meta-analysis, randomized controlled trial, cohort study or case series. You see at a glance how strong the evidence behind each sentence is. A summary counts as 5 cited answers.
Clinical trial alerts on saved questions
Save a question or a filtered search and get an email when a new trial is registered or a new study is published that matches it. Alerts run on the daily refresh of the index, so you hear about relevant changes within a day. Clinician includes 5 alerts, Research Team 25, Organization 100 and Enterprise 500.
Export clinical trial data and citations
Download answers and trial tables as CSV, XLSX or DOCX with a full reference list, and send citations to your reference manager as RIS or BibTeX. Clinician exports CSV, RIS and BibTeX, Research Team adds XLSX and DOCX, Organization adds bulk CSV export of trial tables and Enterprise includes every format.
