How cited answers are counted

One cited answer is one question in the evidence chat, including the search, citation verification and the written answer. A deep evidence summary or an intervention comparison counts as 5 cited answers, because it reads and verifies many more studies.

  • Usage resets at the start of each billing period
  • Deleting a thread does not give answers back
  • The daily limit protects shared team pools from a single runaway session

Billing questions

Can I use ClinicalEvidence without a subscription?

No. The one-time demo on the homepage shows a real cited answer. After that, ClinicalEvidence is a paid subscription for professionals.

How does the yearly discount work?

Yearly plans cost half of the monthly price. You pay once for twelve months, for example 288 USD for Clinician instead of 588 USD.

Can I change plans?

Yes. Moving to a higher plan or from monthly to yearly takes effect right away and you pay the difference immediately. Moving to a lower plan starts with your next billing period.

Can I cancel?

Yes. You can turn off renewal at any time in your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Do you offer refunds?

Payments are final, except in the cases listed in our refund policy, such as a duplicate charge.

Do you send invoices?

Every payment comes with a receipt. Organization and Enterprise also get invoices for their finance team.

Can we pay for many seats?

Enterprise covers up to 50 seats. For more, combine Enterprise workspaces or write to [email protected].
