ClinicalEvidence

Medical disclaimer

ClinicalEvidence is a professional research tool that answers questions from registered trials and published studies. Read this disclaimer before you rely on any answer. Last updated 2026-10-20.

A research tool for professionals

ClinicalEvidence is built for physicians, pharmacists, researchers, medical affairs, clinical development, CRO and consulting teams who search and appraise clinical evidence as part of their work. It retrieves trial records and publications, writes a summary from them and links every sentence to its NCT number or PMID.

Not medical advice

Nothing on ClinicalEvidence is medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment recommendation for any individual. Answers describe what studies report. They do not tell you what to do for a specific patient.

Not a medical device

ClinicalEvidence is not a medical device and is not intended for the diagnosis, prevention, monitoring, treatment or alleviation of disease in an individual patient. It has not been cleared or approved by any regulatory authority for clinical use.

Not for patients or emergencies

ClinicalEvidence is not designed for patients or the public. If you have a health concern, speak to a qualified clinician. In an emergency, contact local emergency services immediately and do not use this service.

Does not replace clinical judgment

Answers support, and never replace, the clinical judgment of a qualified professional, current clinical guidelines and the approved product labelling of any medicine or device. Where an answer differs from a guideline or a label, the guideline and the label take precedence for clinical care.

Verify every cited source

Every sentence passes an automatic check that the cited NCT number or PMID exists in our index and that the passage supports it, and answers without verified sources are not shown. Summaries can still contain errors, miss subgroup limits, safety signals or later corrections, or simplify how an endpoint was defined. Open and read each cited source before you quote it, present it or rely on it. Read how cited answers are checked and why AI invents citations without this step.

Registry data reflects what sponsors report

Trial records come from public registries such as ClinicalTrials.gov, the EU Clinical Trials Register and the WHO ICTRP, and reflect what sponsors and investigators submitted. Records can be incomplete, outdated or inconsistent between registries, and posted results are not always peer reviewed. ClinicalEvidence is not affiliated with or endorsed by these registries.

No doctor patient relationship

Using ClinicalEvidence does not create a doctor patient relationship or any other professional relationship between you, or any patient, and the administrator of the clinicalevidence.ai service. Do not enter patient identifiable information, as set out in our terms of service and privacy policy.

Use cited evidence responsibly

Ask a clinical question, read the sources behind every sentence and apply your own professional judgment.
